From Manufacturer’s Rep to Full-Service Partner
David Neal founded NSI in 1986 as a manufacturer’s representative, connecting industrial plants across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic to instrumentation and control brands they couldn’t easily access on their own. As the territory grew, NSI added warehousing for commonly used parts, cutting the time between an emergency call and a part on a truck.
Today NSI is a full-service partner for plant and process automation. We represent and distribute more than 20 product lines, build UL508A and UL698A control panels in-house, perform ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited calibration, engineer and design industrial plant systems, and run field service for industrial customers across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
